British Blue
A two layer reduction linocut print of ‘Mouse’, a British Blue / tomcat. I was commissioned to make this piece for the owner of the cat and I then made it into a very small edition of 6 prints so that other cat lovers can also enjoy this handsome boy!
Layers one and two were printed using two shades of grey ink in order to capture the texture of the cats fur, and then the eyes were hand finished with green ink.
Printed onto pure white silk Japanese paper, these prints measure at 20 x 25cm.
Sold unframed, prints will be posted flat packed, wrapped in cellophane and backed with mount board.
