Tokyo
A one layer black and white linocut print of a fire escape which I created in response to being heavily inspired by a photograph that my friend took when visiting Tokyo, Japan. The largest and most successful linocut print I have made to date, this piece measures at 45 x 66cm and has been printed onto pure white silk Japanese paper into a limited edition of 30 prints. Printed using oil based relief inks, they are sold unframed and will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and rolled in a sturdy tube.
